How do I return an item?

Return Period
Return your item anytime from the original date of delivery within the time frame below: If shipment delivery date can not be verified then refund period starts at time of order reception.
  • 10 days for LACE software or DVD items
  • 20 days for any hardware items
  • No Refunds or Exchanges on Download Products
Returned Item Condition
Returned items must be in original condition and must include all original packaging materials. If returned hardware items are visibly worn or used they may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Charges
If an item is returned for reasons other than being defective we reserve the right to deny refund of shipping charges. All expedited shipping charges (overnight, second day or third day) are not refundable. Neurotone will only pay for return shipping charges on defective items. Neurotone reserves the right to choose the method of return shipment for defective items.

Refund Method
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. However when the item was purchased with cash or a check then refund will be in the form of a check mailed within 10 business days of the return.
