International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Duties and Taxes

For customers outside the US, Neurotone will not be responsible for any duties or taxes.  The customer must pay for all applicable duties and taxes prior to shipment of product. If duties or taxes are required by the government of the receiving country an email email with a quotation for the duties and taxes will be sent to the customer.

Currency Exchange
Because all transactions are in US dollars, Neurotone is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rate during the time between purchase and any authorized return nor any bank fees associated with currency exchange.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
  Return Period
Return your item anytime from the original date of delivery within the time frame below: If shipment delivery date can not be verified then refund period starts at time of order reception.
  • 10 days for LACE software or DVD items
  • 20 days for any hardware items
Prior to returning any product, customer must contact our support department.

Returned Item Condition
Returned items must be in original condition and must include all original packaging materials. If returned hardware items are visibly worn or used they may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Downloaded Products
Neurotone products that are purchased with electronic delivery (ie; "downloaded") are not refundable.

Shipping Charges
If an item is returned for reasons other than being defective we reserve the right to deny refund of shipping charges. All expedited shipping charges (overnight, second day or third day) are not refundable. Neurotone will only pay for return shipping charges on defective items. Neurotone reserves the right to choose the method of return shipment for defective items.

Refund Method
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase payment method. However when the item was purchased with cash or a check then refund will be in the form of a check. Refunds will be made within 10 business days of the return.
